«Spheros-Electron» JV renders services in metal cutting according to  individual and mass orders.

Laser cutting makes possible to produce details of any given configuration practically of any material (hard alloys, thin-sheet material, fragile and flexible metal constructions etc.), to reach maximum precision and productivity of machining with minimum expenditure of time.

Laser metal cutting is carried out with Amada LC-1212 Alpha IV NT-1 laser complex (Japan).

Specifications:

- maximum machining area: 1270х2540 mm;

- maximum sheet thickness: black steel – 9 mm, stainless steel – 5mm, aluminum – 6 mm;

- holes: minimum – 0,25 mm, maximum – 1230 mm;

- cutting out of any contour;

- etching operations: text, drawing, ornament;

- machining smoothness – 0,01 micron.

Having used services in laser cutting you have not necessity in producing any punches, moulds and other additional tools.
