Spheros officially joins Valeo group starting from 1st of April

Spheros will become of the 5 business-group units and will be called "Thermal Bus Systems” or TBS. The management team will remain under Helmut Zanker’s dynamic leadership, keeping Spheros’ fighting spirit, agility and specificities.

It’s a historical day for our company as far as Spheros is a part of Valeo Thermal Systems Business Group now. Integration of Spheros to Valeo will provide a powerful impact on development of new effective decisions for transport climate systems.
